This product is a superb combination of a mobile color scanner and excellent OCR software. It can be powered by a USB port on a computer and used in places where there is no electricity.

The scanner has a Smart button with which you can to:

- automatically rename it
- to scan it  and convert to editable files - Word, Excel, Pdf, Pages, and many others.
- to scan it  to PDF, JPEG, PNG, TIFF, Multi-page TIFF and others.
- scan it and save it to  Dropbox, Evernote, OneDrive, Google Drive, SharePoint and more.

The scanner is sold with the software: Readiris Pro 14, with which you can create compressed and editable  PDF files. PDF format will look exactly like the original scan, but its size will be up to 5 times smaller. It's now very convenient to find the exact information you're looking for in tons of archives, and the size of your digital documents will no longer be an issue while storing or sharing!
