How do I place an order?

To place an order, you must register at, call the national order number 0700 13 999 or contact the nearest OK Office.

Can I place an order without registering?

You can also place an order without registration on the national phone number for orders 0700 13 999.

How do I check an already placed order?

After you successfully finalize your order, automatically sends a confirmation email with the order number to the email you registered with on the site. You can view your order at any time in your "Order History" profile.

I don't have an order confirmation email. Why?

It is possible that you did not complete your order successfully or that the confirmation email is in the SPAM folder of the email you registered with.

Cancellation of created order

After an order has been successfully finalized and accepted for execution by OK Office, you can cancel it by sending an email to or by sending information with the unique number of the order in the chat.

How can I pay for the desired products?

When completing the order, choose your preferred payment method: cash on delivery, bank transfer, PayPal, iCard, credit or debit card (Сard).

Card payment failed

If you chose to pay with PayPal, iCard, credit or debit card and it was unsuccessful, our operator will contact you to clarify the details.

Always check the products when you receive them from the courier. They must be in intact or damaged packaging.
