To place an order, you must register at okoffice.bg, call the national order number 0700 13 999 or contact the nearest OK Office.
You can also place an order without registration on the national phone number for orders 0700 13 999.
After you successfully finalize your order, okoffice.bg automatically sends a confirmation email with the order number to the email you registered with on the site. You can view your order at any time in your "Order History" profile.
It is possible that you did not complete your order successfully or that the confirmation email is in the SPAM folder of the email you registered with.
After an order has been successfully finalized and accepted for execution by OK Office, you can cancel it by sending an email to info@okoffice.bg or by sending information with the unique number of the order in the okoffice.bg chat.
When completing the order, choose your preferred payment method: cash on delivery, bank transfer, PayPal, iCard, credit or debit card (Сard).
If you chose to pay with PayPal, iCard, credit or debit card and it was unsuccessful, our operator will contact you to clarify the details.

If upon receiving your order you find that there is a discrepancy between what you ordered and what you received, immediately provide information by contacting us at the national number for orders or your sales representative.
According to Art. 55 of the Civil Code, you have the right to return purchased products. Always check the products when you receive them from the courier. They must be in intact or damaged packaging.
