1. Your Account

OK Office recommends that you keep the username and password confidential with which you log in/use www.okoffice.bg to avoid unauthorized access through your user account. Some messages contain links to sites that point you to another site, even though the URL has the word "OK Office". If you drag the mouse over the link many times, you can see that the URL is different from the URL used for identification and sending to sites owned by OK Office.

3. Protection of personal data

Any known information regarding personal data or collected through operations at www.okoffice.bg will be processed by Office Consumativi OOD, with headquarters in Bulgaria, Plovdiv, Blvd., Kuklensko shose 6-A.

OK Office guarantees the security and confidentiality of known data and transmissions through the computer system.

OK Office and personal information known by USERS/CLIENTS is used by OK Office for orders, to deliver products and services, to process payment management, to communicate with USERS/CLIENTS about orders, products, services and promotional offers, most of products and services.

Also, OK Office uses this data and information to improve the online store and the online trading platform in order to avoid or prevent fraud or abuse to the detriment of www.okoffice.bg, as well as to enable third parties to perform technical support, logistics and other services for www.okoffice.bg.

  • Marketing activities through the receipt of informational or commercial messages (offers, promotions, advertising and marketing messages of OK Office) to the e-mail addresses provided by USERS and CUSTOMERS,
  • Notification of changes or improvements related to the site;

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Access / use of this website does not give the USER / CLIENT the right to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, visit or otherwise use for any commercial purpose the website www.okoffice.bg and any part of it, without the express written consent of the OK Office.

USERS/CLIENTS have no right to use the logo, branding or any other graphic element from the site www.okoffice.bg, without the express written consent of OK Office.

By submitting information or materials to this site, the USER/CLIENT agrees to grant Office Consumativi OOD the right to use, reproduce, display, modify, transmit and distribute such materials or information. Also, the USER/CLIENT agrees that the company Office Consumables can freely use in his interest these ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques sent through the website www.okoffice.bg. The company Office Consumativi OOD will not be bound by obligations related to the confidentiality of the sent information, if the current legislation does not provide for other specifications in this regard.
