Terms of free delivery

I. Free Shipping Terms*

1. Delivery in populated areas with OK Office locations is FREE for orders over BGN 100 including VAT.

2. Delivery to populated areas without OK Office locations is FREE for orders over BGN 120 including VAT and with an OK Office courier.

3. For orders with a value below those specified in item 1, an additional transport fee of BGN 12 including VAT is payable.

4. Orders are delivered to the address specified by the customer with a courier company with which OK Office has a contract for the respective region. In some settlements, its own delivery is also carried out.

5. In case the customer prefers the delivery to be made by a courier of his choice, all transport costs are at the expense of the customer, regardless of the value of the order. In this case, the conditions for free delivery do not apply.

6. Deliveries are made within the previously agreed deadlines, according to the workload and schedule of the selected supplier. The amount due for delivery is paid to the courier upon receipt of the shipment.

*Free delivery is not valid for oversized products (boards with dimensions over 90/120, etc.) and products from the Furniture category (chairs, office furniture, metal boxes and safes, upholstered furniture, etc.)

II. Delivery of oversized products and products from the Furniture category

7. The delivery terms specified in p.I are not valid for oversized products (boards with dimensions over 90/120, etc.), copy paper (over 1 carton) and for products from the Office Furniture category (chairs, office furniture, metal safes and safes, upholstered furniture, etc.).

8. If the order includes at least one product from item 4, the delivery is made:

• Next to the building entrance in settlements with OK Office sites. If the recipient wishes for delivery to a floor, a minimum fee of BGN 20 including VAT is paid, and in the absence of a freight elevator, 2% of the value of the order is charged for each floor, but no more than 6%.
• In settlements without OK Office facilities, delivery is carried out by courier at the expense of the recipient according to the price conditions of the selected courier in effect at the time of dispatch. The delivery amount is paid to the courier upon receipt of the shipment.

III. Delivery time

9. Delivery to settlements with OK Office locations is within 1 to 2 working days.
10. Delivery to settlements without OK Office locations is within 2 to 5 working days depending on the schedule of the courier for the respective settlement.
11. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays or on public holidays will be processed on the first working day following them.

IV. Payment methods

12. When completing the order, you choose the preferred payment method: cash on delivery, bank transfer, PayPal, iCard, credit or debit card (Сard).
