Terms of free delivery

I. Terms for free delivery* 

1. Delivery to settlements with OK Office locations is FREE for orders worth over 50€ VAT included.

2. Delivery to settlements without OK Office locations is FREE for orders worth over 60€ with VAT included and with OK Office courier.

3. Orders that meet the conditions for free delivery under item 1 or item 2 are delivered to the address specified by the customer with OK Office's own transport or via a courier company with which OK Office has a contract for the respective region. The method of delivery is determined depending on the location, the type of products and the service capabilities of the respective address.

4. When the order does not meet the conditions for free delivery under item 1 or item 2, the cost of delivery via Econt or Speedy is calculated automatically when placing the order based on:

  • the selected courier company
  • the selected delivery method and the delivery address;
  • the total weight and dimensions of the products; 
  • the number of shipments; 
  • the currently applicable tariff conditions of the selected courier company.

The calculated cost of delivery is visualized before the final confirmation of the order.

5. The delivery cost is added to the total amount due for the order, except when the conditions for free delivery are met. Payment is made according to the payment method chosen by the customer.

6. In the event of a subsequent change in the content of the order, address, delivery method or other circumstances that affect the shipping costs, the delivery cost may be recalculated. The customer is notified of the change before sending the order.

7. If the customer wishes the delivery to be made via another courier or transport company that is not among those proposed when placing the order, the possibility and terms of delivery are specified additionally. In this case, all shipping costs are at the expense of the customer, regardless of the value of the order, and the terms for free delivery do not apply.

8. The delivery terms under item I are not valid for oversized products (boards with dimensions over 90/120, etc.), copy paper (over 1 carton inclusive) and products from the Furniture category (chairs, office furniture, metal safes and safes, upholstered furniture, etc.)

II. Delivery of oversized products, copy paper and products from the Furniture category

9. The delivery terms specified in item I are not valid for oversized products (boards with dimensions over 90/120, etc.), copy paper (over 1 carton) and for products from the Office furniture category (chairs, office furniture, metal safes and safes, upholstered furniture, etc.).

10. If the order includes at least one product from item 8, delivery is made:

   a. To the entrance of the building in populated areas with OK Office locations. If the recipient wishes to deliver to the floor, an additional minimum fee of 10.23€ with VAT, and in the absence of a freight elevator, 2% of the order value is charged for each floor, but not more than 6%.

  b. In settlements without OK Office locations, delivery is made by courier at the recipient's expense according to the price conditions of the selected courier in effect at the time of shipment. 

III. Delivery time

11. Delivery to settlements with OK Office locations is within 1 to 2 business days.

12. Delivery to settlements without OK Office locations takes 2 to 5 business days, depending on the courier's schedule for the respective settlement.

13. For orders with prepayment, delivery takes 1 to 5 business days, counting from receiving payment.

14. The specified terms are approximate and may be extended for:

  • official holidays and weekends; 
  • increased workload;
  • adverse weather conditions;
  • difficult access to the address;
  • other objective circumstances beyond the control of OK Office.

15. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays or on public holidays will be processed on the first business day after them.
16. In case of refusal to receive a sent order without a valid reason, OK Office reserves the right to refuse the execution of future orders from the same client.

IV. Payment methods

17. When completing the order, you choose your preferred payment method: cash on delivery, bank transfer, PayPal, iCard, with a credit or debit card.

18. For deliveries to settlements without OK Office locations, as well as for the city of Sofia, okoffice.bg reserves the right to request prepayment of the order, regardless of the payment method chosen by the customer.

19. In the cases under item 15, the customer is notified of the need for prepayment before processing and sending the order.
