"Office Consumables" Ltd. maintains and owns the site www.okoffice.bg from the territory and according to the regulations of the Republic of Bulgaria. In accordance with the requirements of the Law on Electronic Commerce (Article 4), "Office Consumables" Ltd. provides information about the company published on the Contact and About Us pages.

The information that the user provides for registration on the site is confidential and falls under the protection of the Privacy Act. It will be used solely for the purposes of the Electronic Store and the fulfillment of orders.

I. Terms of use of the site

As the owner of the website www.okoffice.bg, "Office Consumables" OOD, hereinafter referred to as the Supplier, provides its customers, hereinafter referred to as the User, access to all available information about products and services it offers through it. All content on this site, including text, images and multimedia content is protected by the Copyright Act and related rights. The user has the right to use information from okoffice.bg only for his own purposes and for non-commercial purposes. The use of materials from this site for other purposes can be carried out by the User only with the express written consent of the Provider or its legal representative. It is possible that some of the photos are exemplary / indicative and do not fully correspond to the specific product. Product photos of different colors may also differ due to lack of photos for the full color range of the product offered or the display settings on which they are viewed.

The User has the right to view the content of the site and to order, pay for and receive products and services provided by the Provider through this site.

The user has the right to view information about previous orders made by him (provided he is registered as a user of the site), as well as to edit all personal data provided by him. Any changes to the site and its use contrary to these Terms of Use by the User are prohibited. Any intentional actions by the User, aimed at preventing the normal functioning of the site, are punishable.

II. Order and stock confirmation

Upon successful completion of an order, the User receives a confirmation email containing a unique order number, name, number and price of the selected products, as well as a delivery address.

Orders are processed by the Supplier in the order in which they are received. The presence of a specific product at the time of finalization of the order on the okoffice.bg site does not guarantee its availability at the time of its processing due to technical or software time required for its update or due to the specifics of its loading.

III. Order, delivery and payment of products and services

The supplier provides the products/services available on this site from the territory and in accordance with the regulations of the Republic of Bulgaria. Service of requests from abroad may be refused if their implementation in any way conflicts with the legal requirements of the respective country.

The procedures for placing orders, paying for products/services, and delivering them to the User are described in the "Delivery Terms" page.

The Supplier has the right to refuse the execution of an order without prior notice to the User in cases where the User has indicated incorrect or incomplete contact information, including names, exact address, contact phone, preventing the timely and smooth delivery of the relevant products.

Although specifying a telephone number when registering the User is not a mandatory requirement, the absence of such gives the Supplier the right to refuse the execution of the order without notifying the User in any way and without being responsible for it.

The Provider provides the User with an interface for searching and selecting products and services and undertakes to assist him in the event of problems in the interface leading to the impossibility of selecting products. The Provider is not responsible for the impossibility of selecting products as a result of reasons related to the User's web browser settings (for example, banning the execution of scripts, banning the acceptance of cookies, etc.). In such cases, assistance may be refused. In case of established technical problems arising from www.okoffice.bg, which prevent the normal selection of products, the Supplier undertakes to take the necessary measures to eliminate them in the shortest possible time and to accept the order for products from the User in another way and at your own expense.

The Supplier provides the User with the opportunity to choose ways to pay for the products, but is not responsible to the User in case of problems arising during the payment procedure of a technical nature - either originating from www.okoffice.bg or from external systems. In the event of similar problems and the impossibility of their elimination within terms acceptable to both parties, the Supplier has the right to refuse to make the payment in the way chosen by the User and to offer an alternative method for making it.
The Supplier undertakes to prepare and pack the ordered products in a form convenient and suitable for transport to the User by the courier, but is not responsible in cases where they are damaged due to the fault of the courier/third parties.
The Supplier is not responsible for delays in delivery to the User due to the fault of the courier/third parties.
The supplier has the right to choose the courier company that delivers the ordered products. The delivery can be made with a courier company chosen by the User and at his expense, provided that the Supplier does not object to this and is notified in advance of this desire of the User in an appropriate way (e-mail, telephone).

IV. Prices of products and services. Documents issued.

The prices that the User sees on the pages of the site, containing a description of the products, are valid for one number of the respective product and are in Bulgarian leva with VAT included, unless otherwise mentioned (when it comes to advertising materials, brochures and/or banners uploaded to the Electronic Store).
The price of the products does not include the costs of cash on delivery processing, as well as the costs of transporting the product to the User (if such costs will be incurred). These costs are described on the Shipping Terms page.
The price of the products does not include any fees/commissions related to making electronic payments through external systems.
The prices of each product may be changed by the Supplier at any time and without notice.

The supplier has the right to refuse the execution of an order for product(s) in the event that the announced price does not correspond to the current one for any reason. In such cases, the Provider undertakes to notify the User of the discrepancy, but does not owe compensation to the User.
In the event that one of the products is on promotion, the promotional and catalog price are displayed at the same time, so that the User can find out about the discount.
For each order, the Supplier issues the necessary documents certifying the purchase (invoices, receipts, handover protocols, warranty cards) in accordance with the requirements of Bulgarian legislation. The costs related to possible correction of information on these documents are at the expense of the party whose fault the relevant error was made.

V. Cancellation of ordered products / services

According to Art. 55 of the Civil Code The consumer has the right to return purchased goods without giving a reason and without paying penalties and compensation within 14 working days after receiving the goods. In such a case and under the condition that the goods were paid for in advance, the Supplier is obliged to reimburse the User for the value of the goods paid for within 30 calendar days, starting from the moment when the User declared his refusal of the goods. The costs for transporting the goods to the Supplier's office/warehouse and for refunding the amounts paid (if any) in this case are at the expense of the User.

The right of refusal does not apply in the following cases:

• the purchased products were returned by the User without the necessary documents issued at the time of purchase, incl. invoice/goods receipt, receipt, warranty card;
• products are damaged, with damaged appearance or damaged packaging including and printed products such as batteries, consumables for printing devices such as toners, heads, printer ribbons for labels; products that are in complete packaging and when opened, the packaging is damaged and cannot be restored to its original form;
• for the delivery of products made to the order of the User or according to his individual requirements;
• for the delivery of products which, due to their nature, may deteriorate in quality or have a short shelf life;
• for the delivery of sealed products that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection (such as earplugs, clothing, etc.);
• for the delivery of products which, after being delivered, have by their nature been mixed with other products from which they cannot be separated (such as inks, toners, printers with customer-loaded consumables, etc.);

In case of application of the right of refusal by the Supplier, he reserves the right to accept the purchased product after depreciating it.

The user has the right to refuse to accept delivered goods in any of the following cases, without owing compensation:

• if there is a difference in the price of the goods compared to the agreed price at the time of placing the order;
• if at the time of delivery he discovers obvious defects in the goods or damaged packaging and proves this with a report on damaged goods signed by the courier;
• if the delivered goods do not correspond to those ordered by him;

In each of the above cases and if the goods were paid for in advance, the Supplier refunds the sums paid by the User within a period of 30 calendar days, starting from the moment of notification of the refusal.
Apart from these cases, in the case of delivered goods and refusal to receive them, the User pays the costs of transporting the goods to his address and back to the Supplier's office.

VI. Warranty and service

If for any of the products on the site no warranty period is indicated on the relevant product page, the User may request and the Supplier is obliged to provide information on the warranty period of the product.
With the exception of products that are not subject to warranty service, the Supplier is obliged to issue with each sale a document certifying the right to warranty service (warranty card), describing the warranty period for each of the ordered products, as well as the conditions that must be met in order for the service to take place. The user is obliged to keep the warranty card and provide it whenever making a claim for a warranty event.
If the warranty card contains contact details for service from other companies other than "Office Consumables" Ltd., the User should contact them directly. In all other cases, warranty service is performed at the address of the Supplier's service base.
All costs related to the transportation and replacement of the products from/to the service base of the Supplier shall be borne by the User regardless of the circumstances related to the warranty event.
Due to the variety of products, it is possible that the warranty conditions for different products differ, therefore they are not published directly on the site and should be looked for in the warranty card.

VII. Product information and limited liability

For each of the products on this site, information about its features and/or images/animations/video is indicated.
The Provider makes every effort to keep this information as up-to-date as possible, but does not undertake any responsibility for its reliability, completeness or timeliness. Therefore, the Supplier undertakes, at the request of the User, to search for and provide the most complete additional data for a given product, as far as this is possible. The technical parameters and the appearance of a given product can be changed by the manufacturer of the goods without notice and situations may arise where the text information provided on the site is incomplete or unreliable / the images do not correspond to the appearance. In such cases, the Supplier will update the data for a given item, but does not commit to any deadlines for this and is not responsible for the delay of this procedure.
The Provider bears no responsibility for any damages or lost benefits caused to the User and related to the use of information on product parameters from this site, including if it has been warned that such consequences are possible.

VIII. Trademarks

It is possible that some of the information on this site, including product or company names, images, texts, signs and symbols are registered trademarks, respectively owned by external companies and individuals. In such cases, they fall under the protection of the Copyright and Related Rights Act.

IX. Information on the rights of persons on the protection of personal data

Office Consumables OOD, EIK 201417931, headquarters and address of management, city of Plovdiv, 6-A Kuklensko shose Blvd. confirms that the information and personal data provided by you in connection with your registration in the electronic store www.okoffice.bg are collects, processes and stores in accordance with the requirements of the personal data protection legislation of the European Union and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Created to harmonize privacy laws across Europe, the GDPR specifies transparency rules in relation to how companies describe how they process data.

X. Change of terms of use

These terms of use may be changed by the Provider at any time and without the need to inform the visitors.
The date of the last change is noted at the bottom of this page.
The Provider advises the Users of the site to regularly visit and read this page, as it may directly concern them.
