Official Rules of the Back to School with OK Office Tombola 2022

Section I. ORGANIZER

The organizer of the Tombola is "Office Consumativi" OOD with EIK 201417931; registered office and management address: Plovdiv, ul. Kuklensko shose 6 A, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer".
1.1. The Official Rules will be available at Internet address: link here for the entire period of the Tombola. The organizer of the Tombola reserves the right to supplement or change the Official Rules, and the changes come into force only after they are announced at the same Internet address: link here.
1.2. The Organizer has the irrevocable right to terminate the Tombola at any time, announcing this in accordance with point 2, in the event of material abuse, violation of the Rules or force majeure. In these cases, no compensation is due to participants and no product returns are allowed.
1.3. The Tombola is open to participation of all natural persons with a place of residence in Bulgaria, aged 18 and over, with the exception of the employees of "Office Consumables" OOD, as well as members of their families (children, parents and spouses).
1.4. By participating in this Sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and abide by their terms. 

Section II. TERRITORY AND DURATION

2. The Tombola starts on September 1, 2022. and continues until 23:59 on 30.09.2022. only on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

Section III. RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE.

3.1. All natural persons who have reached the age of 18 have the right to participate in the Tombola.
3.2. Employees or associates of the Organizer, as well as employees of companies related to the preparation of the Tombola and cooperating with the Organizer, as well as close relatives of these persons, are not allowed to participate in the Tombola.
3.3. In case of suspicion of abuse, the Organizer has the right to immediately disqualify participants and not to provide a prize to a winning participant, in case of violations under the above point.

Section IV. PARTICIPATION MECHANISM

4.1. Participation in the Tombola is subject to purchase. Everyone who placed an order on the website www.okoffice.bg in the period 01.09.2022 - 30.09.2022 and used promo code SCHOOL22 when finalizing the order, automatically participates in the Tombola to win the prizes mentioned in Section V, item 5.1.
4.2. A user can participate an unlimited number of times, corresponding to the number of orders made through the site with the applied School22 promo code.

Section V. PRIZE FUND

5.1. The prize pool for the entire period of the Tombola includes the following items:

5.2. The winners will be announced on the wall of OK Office's Facebook page - "OK Office", available at the following link: https://www.facebook.com/okofficebg, as well as on OK Office's website www.okoffice.bg
5.3. Within 5 business days after the sweepstakes deadline (11:59 p.m. on 09/30/2022), a total of 23 (twenty-three) entrants will be randomly selected to win a prize.
5.4. Each winner will be notified by phone and email within 3 (three) days after the prizes have been drawn. Winning entrants must provide their name, contact telephone number and address in order for prize delivery to take place. If the Promoter fails to contact the winners within 10 days of the draw, the Promoter will draw a new winner at random.
5.5. Prizes can be collected at an OK Office location or delivered to winning entrants at their nominated address by courier within 45 working days of receiving confirmation that they have won and providing a delivery address. The prize can only be claimed by a legal representative of the winner. The prize may be received at the specified address by a person other than the winning entrant if the recipient certifies in writing that they have received the prize on behalf of the winner. Prizes are delivered to the same address only once.
5.6. Prizes unclaimed within 7 days of the end of the Tombola will be awarded at random by Tombola among the remaining entrants.

Section VI. PERSONAL DATA

6.1. To claim their prize, winners agree to provide Office Supplies Ltd. with: two names, address and contact phone number.

Section VI. OTHERS

7.1. The organizer of the Tombola is not obliged to keep correspondence about non-winning claims, at the expiration of the period of the Tombola or on other similar occasions.
7.2. Any disputes that may arise between the Organizer of the Tombola and its participants are resolved through negotiations or, as a last resort, in the event of an impossibility to reach an agreement, through the intervention of the competent authorities.
7.3. The organizer is not responsible in the event of force majeure circumstances that prevent the realization of the respective prize.
