The magnetic emotion game “Faces“ by APLI Kids allows children to arrange different parts of the face – eyes, mouth, hair – and create a variety of expressions.
Through the game, the child gradually understands how the face changes when we feel joy, sadness, anger, surprise or curiosity. The magnetic base makes the game convenient for both home and travel.
Advice for parents
After the child has created a face, ask a calm question: “What does this character feel?“ or “When do you look like this?“. Short conversations, supported by play, build emotional intelligence and expression skills.
