3 year extended warranty for HP products

HP provides a 3-year extended commercial warranty on select HP LaserJet products. 
How does HP's 3-year commercial warranty promotion work?
As long as you use genuine HP supplies, you will receive free service and support, up to three years after purchase. If service or repair is needed, your agent will request an HP cartridge index code. The code is automatically generated based on the consumables used in the device and can be easily found.

The list of eligible HP LaserJet printers can be found in the Table on the HP website. Each end customer can register up to 50 eligible HP LaserJet printers. Registration and activation must be completed within 60 days of initial purchase.
Steps to request your Service Package:
1.    Purchase one of the eligible printers.
2.    Please complete the details of the printer you have purchased and your address details within 60 days of the purchase date. The information is required for Service Pack registration.
3.    Within six weeks you will receive an email to confirm your Service Pack registration.

• Your product serial number 
• Scanned purchase invoice
• Personal details
