Infinity vouchers

Conditions for participation in the program

I. Subject

  1. These conditions of participation determine the way to participate in the "Infinity Vouchers" Program. The conditions are available to all individuals and legal entities on the website www.okoffice.bg.
  2. The organizer of the "Infinity Vouchers" Program is the company "Office Consumativi" Ltd., entered in the Commercial Register at the Registration Agency with EIC: 201417931, headquarters and management address, Plovdiv, 6-A Kuklensko Shosse Blvd.
  3. By participating in the Infinity Vouchers Program, each user confirms that they have read, understood and unconditionally accept the terms.

II. Scope of the Infinity Vouchers Program

  1. The vouchers are only valid for online purchases at www.okoffice.bg for the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
  2. Vouchers cannot be combined with each other and do not overlap with other promotional campaigns or commercial discounts and prices agreed with OK Office ("Office Consumables" OOD).
  3. Vouchers are not valid for individuals and legal entities using specially agreed individual prices, discounts and conditions with OK Office ("Office Consumables" Ltd.).
  4. A Voucher from the Infinity Vouchers Program can only be used once and only within the validity period specified in the confirmation email.

III. Types of Vouchers in the Infinity Vouchers Program

  • 15% discount on products with brand „Noki”
  • 10% discount on products with brand „Monolith”
  • 20% discount on products with brand „Flex Office”
  • 20% discount on products with brand “Colokit”
  • 20% discount on products with brand „Kangaro”
  • 15% discount on products with brand „Memoboards” ;
  • 15% discount on products with brand „Snopake”
  • 15% discount on products with brand „Info”
  • 5% discount on products with brand „Kobra”
  • 10% discount on products with brand „Sharp”
  • 15% discount on products with brand „Plus”

IV. Mechanism for participation in the "Infinity Vouchers" Program

  1. Receiving a voucher from the "Infinity Vouchers" Program is tied to a purchase at www.okoffice.bg, and upon completion of the order, the user must choose which voucher they wish to receive for their next order. The user also has the right to opt out of receiving a voucher from the Infinity Vouchers Program.
  2. After completing the order, the user receives an e-mail with confirmation of the order placed and the voucher of his choice with a generated promo code and a period of validity for use.
  3. For the next order on www.okoffice.bg, the user enters the promo code of the voucher in the corresponding field in the cart, immediately before finalizing the order.
  4. In the event that the user is newly registered on the website www.okoffice.bg, but exists in the client base of OK Office ("Office Consumables" OOD) as a natural or legal person, and has specially agreed individual discounts, prices and conditions, at his initial registration and first order will be able to generate a voucher, but subsequently the voucher will not be able to be applied. (section II item 3).
  5. With each subsequent order, the user chooses a new voucher from the "Infinity Vouchers" Program by himself until the moment he does not explicitly choose the option to refuse participation in the Program or does not agree with OK Office ("Office Consumables" Ltd.) individual prices, discounts and conditions . In this case, he automatically agrees not to participate in the Infinity Vouchers Program.
  6. OK Office ("Office Consumables" Ltd.) has the irrevocable right to terminate, change or cancel any condition related to the discount that the user receives on the basis of an already generated voucher. In these cases, OK Office ("Office Consumables" Ltd.) may compensate the user at its discretion. In all other cases, no compensation is due to users and no product returns are allowed.
  7. OK Office ("Office Consumables" Ltd.) has the irrevocable right to cancel a voucher that has already been used, in the event that products are subsequently returned, replaced or removed from the order made by the user.

IV. Personal data

  1. "Office Consumables" Ltd. processes and uses personal data in accordance with "Office Consumables Ltd. Information Security and Personal Data Protection Policy" published at https://okoffice.bg/en/page/5/personal-data-policy and in full compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("the EU General Data Protection Regulation" or "GDPR") and any other applicable Bulgarian legislation.
  2. All data related to the client are used for the purposes of the commercial activity of "Office Consumables" OOD.

V. Others

  1. The obligations of OK Office ("Office Consumables" Ltd.) are exhausted by sending the voucher selected by the user to the e-mail specified by him.
  2. Any disputes that may arise between OK Office ("Office Consumables" Ltd.) and the user are resolved through negotiations or, as a last resort, if it is impossible to reach an agreement - through the applicable legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria
  3. OK Office ("Office Consumables" Ltd.) is not responsible for the occurrence of force majeure circumstances that prevent the normal application of a voucher. In these cases, the user can report so that the specific problem can be addressed and fixed.
  4. OK Office ("Office Consumables" Ltd.) determines the Terms of participation in the "Infinity Vouchers" program unilaterally and has the right to amend and supplement them at any time.
  5. OK Office ("Office Consumables" Ltd.) has the right to unilaterally terminate the "Infinity Vouchers" program at any time.
