Rules for participation in the 'Classic Room with a Cause' campaign

1. Organizer
The "Classroom with a Cause" campaign is organized by "Office Supplies" OOD with UIC 201417931, registered office and management address: Plovdiv, Kuklensko Shose Blv. 6-A, with the aim of promoting respect for Bulgarian teachers, supporting their work, and stimulating children's creativity.

2. Period
The campaign runs from August 1st to September 15th, and we will announce the awarded children and teachers on September 17th.
Entries sent after the deadline will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility
Students from 1st to 7th grade can participate in the campaign. Applications for participation are submitted by a parent or legal guardian, thereby confirming that they are familiar with the Declaration of Consent for the Processing of Personal Data (GDPR).
Each participant may participate with one work in each category.
The organizer reserves the right to not allow works that do not comply with these rules to participate.

4. Categories
Each participant has the right to participate in all three categories, but with no more than one proposal in each category (maximum 3 original works per participant): 

• Drawing
• Video
• Short story

5. Requirements for the works

Category “Drawing“

• The topic must be related to an inspiring moment with a favorite teacher or class teacher.
• All techniques are allowed – pencil, pastels, watercolor, tempera, digital drawing, and others.
• To participate, a high-quality photo or scanned copy of the drawing must be sent.
• The file must be in JPG or JPEG format.
• Maximum file size – 10 MB.

Category “Video“

• The topic must be related to an inspiring moment with a favorite teacher or class teacher.
• Maximum duration: no shorter than 1 minute and no longer than 3 minutes.
• The video must have good quality and understandable sound.
• Acceptable formats: MP4, MOV, or AVI.
• Maximum file size – 500 MB.

Category “Short Story“

• Volume: up to 600 words.
• The story must be original and describe a real or inspiring moment related to a teacher.
• Files in DOC, DOCX, or PDF format are allowed.

6. General requirements
All submitted works must:

• be original;
• not infringe the copyrights of third parties;
• not contain offensive, discriminatory, political, or inappropriate content;
• not contain advertising for products, services, or organizations;
• not use artificial intelligence in its creation;
• be related to the theme of the campaign;

The organizer reserves the right not to allow participation in works that do not comply with these rules.

7. Submitting the works
The works can be uploaded to: https://okoffice.bg/en/class-room-with-cause/submit
When uploading the works, the participant must indicate:

• first and last name;
• age;
• school;
• class;
• location;
• name of the teacher for whom the participant is participating;
• phone number or e-mail address of a parent/guardian; 

8. Publication and voting
All works that meet the requirements under item 5 will be checked and published on the OK Office website.
The winners will be determined through online voting.

• Each registered user has the right to one vote for one of the three categories.
• Registration aims to guarantee fair voting.

The organizer reserves the right:

• to cancel votes submitted through automated systems;
• to disqualify participants in the event of an established attempt to manipulate the results;

The organizer's decisions are final.

9. Prizes
One winner will be selected in each category.
Each excellent participant:

• will receive a voucher worth 50 euros from OK Office, intended for the purchase of educational materials, tools, and supplies for personal use.
• will provide their teacher with a voucher worth 500 euros from OK Office, intended for the purchase of educational materials, tools, and supplies for the classroom.

The prize cannot be exchanged for its cash equivalent.
The voucher is valid until 30.06.2027

10. Awarding

The vouchers will be awarded personally to the winners after 17.09.2026.

The awarding of the prizes, as well as the subsequent handover of the voucher by the child to his teacher, will be filmed. Our goal is to capture these beautiful moments of appreciation and share the inspiring examples of love and respect for Bulgarian teachers in order to motivate even more people.

11. Copyright
By submitting the work, the participant declares that it is his/her own work.
The participant grants OK Office a non-exclusive and royalty-free right to publish, promote, and use the work for the purposes of the campaign and future communications related to the initiative, with authorship always indicated.

12. Privacy Policy
The personal data of the participants will be used solely for the organization and conduct of the campaign, communication with the winners, and awarding of the prizes, in accordance with the current legislation on the protection of personal data.

13. Additional conditions
The organizer reserves the right to make changes to these rules when necessary, and all changes will be published on the campaign website.
By participating, each participant confirms that they have read, understood, and accept these rules.
