Rules for participation in the raffle “Smiles for Easter“

1. ORGANIZER OF THE GAME
    1.1. The organizer of the game is Ofis Konsumativi" OOD with UIC 201417931; registered office and address of management: Plovdiv, ul. Kuklensko shose 6 A, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”.
    1.2. The game is held on the official pages of the Organizer on Facebook and Instagram.

2. PERIOD OF THE GAME
    2.1. The game starts on 30.03.2026  and lasts until 05.04.2026, 23:59. 
    2.2. The winners (5 people) will be announced on 07.04.2026 via story and comment under the game post.

3. RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE
    3.1. All individuals residing in Bulgaria, over 18 years of age, who meet the following conditions are eligible to participate in the Game, namely:

• Answer the question in a comment:  What is your favorite color? (white, red, green, pink, blue).
• Tag two friends/colleagues in the same comment. 
• Like the post.
• Share the post.
• Like/follow the Organizer's official pages on Facebook or Instagram.

With each participation, the participant must tag a different friends.

    3.2. Employees of the Organizer, as well as members of their families, are not allowed to participate in the Game.
    3.3. Participation in the Game is not tied to the purchase of a product from the okoffice.bg website. 

4. PRIZES
    4.1. The prizes are a total of 5 thematic office boxes, distributed according to availability and preferences of the drawn participants. 
    4.2. Each box contains a selection of office supplies (notebook, pen, accessories, etc.) in the selected color. 
    4.3. The prizes cannot be exchanged for their cash equivalent.

5. DETERMINATION OF THE WINNERS
    5.1. The winners will be drawn randomly using specialized software from among all valid participants on both platforms (Facebook and Instagram). 
    5.2. The Organizer will contact the winners via private message to specify the delivery details. 
    5.3. If the winner does not respond within 5 business days, the Organizer reserves the right to draw a new won.

6. DELIVERY OF PRIZES
    6.1. The prizes are sent at the expense of the Organizer to a personal address specified by the winner on the territory of Bulgaria.

7. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
    7.1. By participating in the Game, the participants agree that their personal data (name and profile picture) will be used by the Organizer solely for the purposes of conducting the Game and announcing the winners. 
    7.2. Personal data for delivery will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and GDPR.

8. OTHER TERMS
    8.1. This game is in no way sponsored, approved or administered by Facebook or Instagram. 
    8.2. The Organizer reserves the right to change the rules or terminate the game in the event of force majeure circumstances.
    8.3 The Organizer is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete data provided by the Participants.
