Dear customers, as of January 1, 2026, Bulgaria officially joins the Eurozone. At OK Office, we are prepared to make this transition easy and convenient for you.

Here's what you need to know about payments in January (dual circulation period).

Payment in our physical stores:

In all our stores in the country throughout January 2026, you will be able to shop by choosing the currency yourself:

  • Payment in cash: You can pay either in leva (BGN) or in euros (EUR).
    • Important: For the sake of correctness of transactions, each purchase is paid in full only in one currency (no mixed payments)
  • Payment by card: All transactions through POS terminals are automatically made in euros.

Shopping in the e-shop (okoffice.bg)

When shopping online, the payment currency depends on the selected method:

  • Payment on delivery (Cash on delivery) If you choose to pay in cash upon receipt of the order from our courier or in the office:
    • The same rules apply as in the store: you can pay the entire amount only in leva or only in euros.
  • Payment with bank card, bank transfers and other online payments
    • All payments through the site from January 1, 2026 are processed directly in euros.

Your invoices will contain information about the amount in both currencies for your reference.
