CRS312-4C + 8XG-RM - Mikrotik's first product with 10G RJ45 Ethernet ports. It also has 4x 10G combo ports: use them for 10G RJ45 Ethernet or 10G SFP+ when you need additional optical connectivity. Combo ports can be used together with the 8 regular 10G RJ45 Ethernet ports at any time. These ports are also software selectable, so you can use the RouterOS scripts to decide which combo ports will be active.

The CRS312-4C + 8XG-RM has a dual redundant power supply - no unexpected downtime when deadlines arise. It has a USB port, a console port for configuration and a 1U rackmount box - for all standard cabinets.

You can choose between a functional RouterOS to boot or a simpler but still powerful SwOS.
If you want the ability to use routing and other Layer 3 features in your CRS, use RouterOS.
