The versatile fi-800R scans and extracts data from passports (including machine-readable areas), ID documents and A4 without the need for additional accessories. The advanced dual / reverse / scanning technology improves customer service and enables the processing of thicker documents up to 5mm, along with A4 documents. ID cards and passports are inserted and removed at the front of a machine – no need for carrier sheets or paper path switching
