- Google presented its new home smart speaker Nest Audio, which is a sort of successor to the original Google Home.
- Nest Audio by Google delivers 75% more powerful sound than the original 2016 Google Home, as well as 50% deeper bass.
- The 17.5mm tall device has a redesigned design and although it's significantly larger than the Google Home Mini - it's also wrapped in textile, which comes in dark grey, pale grey, pale green, pale pink and pale blue. There is no display, but there are the familiar four diodes that blink when you turn on the device or when you wake it up with a voice command.

Nest Audio is designed to protect your privacy. You can delete your history by saying “Hey Google, delete what I just said”. To physically turn off the microphones, slide the microphone switch on the back until it glows orange.
Use guest mode to control your personal information. With guest mode turned on, anyone can enjoy popular features like asking questions, setting timers, or playing music without seeing your personal calendars or contacts.
