Pentel Orenznero Raffle Official Rules

Section I. Organizer

The organizer of the Raffle is "Office Consumativi" OOD with EIK 201417931; registered office and management address: Plovdiv, ul. Kuklensko shose 6 A, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer".
1.1. The Official Rules will be available at Internet address: link here for the entire period of the Raffle. The organizer of the raffle reserves the right to supplement or change the Official Rules, and the changes come into force only after they are published on the same Internet address.
1.2. The Organizer has the irrevocable right to terminate the Raffle at any time, announcing this in accordance with point 2, in the event of material abuse, violation of the Rules or force majeure. In these cases, no compensation is due to participants and no product returns are allowed.
1.3. The raffle is open to the participation of all natural persons with a place of residence in Bulgaria, aged 18 and over, with the exception of the employees of "Office Consumables" OOD, as well as members of their families (children, parents and spouses).
1.4. By participating in this Sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and abide by their terms.

Section II. Territory and duration

2. The raffle starts on 27.03.2023. and continues until 23:59 on 19.05.2023. only on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

Section III. Right to participate

3.1. All natural persons who have reached the age of 18 have the right to participate in the Raffle.
3.2. Employees or associates of the Organizer, as well as employees of companies related to the preparation of the raffle and cooperating with the Organizer, as well as close relatives of these persons, are not allowed to participate in the raffle. 3.3. In case of suspicion of abuse, the Organizer has the right to immediately disqualify participants and not to provide a prize to the winning participant, in case of violations under the above point.

Section IV. Mechanism for participation

4.1. Participation in the Raffle is subject to online purchase. Anyone who placed an order on the website www.okoffice.bg in the period 27.03.2023 - 19.05.2023 and purchased one of the products listed in item 4.1 automatically participates in the raffle to win the prize mentioned in Section V, item 5.1 .
During the Sweepstakes period, each of the included automatic pencils will come with a Pentel Ain Stein graffiti gift in B softness and corresponding thickness.

4.2. One user can participate an unlimited number of times, corresponding to the number of orders placed through the site.

Section V. Prize Fund

5.1. The prize pool for the entire period of the Raffle includes the following item:

Pentel Orenznero 0.5mm black (code 38651) – 1 piece

5.2. The winner will be announced on the wall of OK Office's Facebook page, as well as on www.okoffice.bg.
5.3. Within 5 working days after the raffle deadline (11:59 p.m. on 05/19/2023), the name of the entrant who will win the prize will be randomly drawn.
5.4. The winner will be notified by phone and email within 3 (three) days after the prize has been drawn. He must provide his names, contact telephone number and address in order for the delivery of the prize to take place. If the Promoter fails to contact the Promoter within 10 days of the prize draw date, a new winner will be drawn at random.
5.5. Prizes can be collected at an OK Office location or delivered to winning entrants at their nominated address by courier within 45 working days of receiving confirmation that they have won and providing a delivery address. The prize can only be claimed by a legal representative of the winner. The prize may be received at the specified address by a person other than the winning entrant if the recipient certifies in writing that they have received the prize on behalf of the winner. Prizes are delivered to the same address only once.
5.6. Prizes unclaimed within 7 days of the end of the Raffle will be awarded at random by raffle among the remaining entrants.

Section VI. Personal data

6.1. To claim their prize, winners agree to provide Office Supplies Ltd. with: two names, address and contact phone number.

Section VI. Others

7.1. The organizer of the Raffle is not obliged to keep correspondence about non-winning claims, at the expiration of the period of the Raffle or on other similar occasions.
7.2. Any disputes that may arise between the Organizer of the Raffle and its participants are resolved through negotiations or, as a last resort, in the event of an impossibility to reach an agreement, through the intervention of the competent authorities.
7.3. The organizer is not responsible
